Together we clarify your goals, work out a plan and then execute - and I'm with you every step of the way. Your own personal nutritionist and trainer to answer your questions and make adjustments to the plan as needed.

No foods are banned, no special shakes (or wraps or lotions and potions!) are being sold; just evidence-based quality nutritional science applied to your lifestyle with integrity and care. There is no one size fits all, we find the method to suit you and your lifestyle. So you can still live your life but have strategies you can follow to ensure you also reach your goals.

About Me


Hi, I'm Sally.  I'm an Evidence Based Nutritionist, Fitness Coach and fairly recently turned Bikini Competitor.

I am passionate about helping others create a healthy relationship with their own bodies; including movement and the food they eat.

Working with me, together we will find a diet and habits that fit your lifestyle and help you reach your goals. I don't sell "shakes" or wraps or lotions and potions! Just evidence based nutritional science applied to your lifestyle with integrity and care.

I'm also a mum of 2 girls and I'm in my early 50's. I had a corporate career spanning 15 years prior to having children. Since having my two girls I've undergone my own transformation and I feel so much better for it! I understand how tough it can be to find the time and energy to exercise or to prepare good food and eat well. As Mums, or busy working women, we often put others before ourselves, almost ignoring our own needs. But in taking care of your own health and regaining a love for your body you will have even more energy for others, and a new found self confidence.

As the saying goes "You can't pour from an empty cup".

I can help you revamp your diet, ensuring it provides all the nutrients you need, giving you energy to thrive.
I can write you a fitness plan - for the gym or for at home, that you actually want to do.
I can coach you and be by your side - so you are accountable and can make real changes when the going gets tough.

Whilst I love fitness and do believe that anyone can enjoy fitness - whether it be in the gym, an outdoor bootcamp-style workout, a zumba class, a walk or run in the woods or a yoga class - I also know that nutrition plays an enormous role in changing your body shape. So if you are looking to lose some fat, get fit, gain muscle or completely transform your body then you're in the right place. I offer both Fitness and Nutrition Services.
